The short version

We collect what you type into the enquiry form so that we can answer it. We do not sell it, we do not add you to a marketing list without asking, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

What we collect

  • Enquiry details — your name, email address, event date, venue, approximate guest count and anything you write in the message field.
  • Client records — if you book, the agreement, invoices and the operational details of your event.
  • Basic site analytics — aggregate page view counts with no cookie and no cross-site identifier. We cannot identify you from it.

What we do with it

Answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal, run your event, and keep the records a business is required to keep. We will only send you something you did not ask for if you tell us you want it.

Who else sees it

Our hosting provider, which stores this site and the enquiry record; our email provider; and our payment processor if you become a client. Each of them acts on our instructions. Nobody buys this data from us, because we do not sell it.

Photography and footage

Material captured at your event belongs to you to use as you wish. We will not publish any image of you or your guests in our own marketing without written permission from the host — and for brand activations, guests opt in at the point of capture, with the usage terms visible on the device rather than buried in a sign by the door.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after 24 months. Client records are kept for seven years, which is what tax and liability record-keeping requires. Event footage is held for 12 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner, which we will do on request.

Your rights

California residents have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act to know what personal information we hold about them, to request its deletion, to correct it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the Act. To exercise any right, write to hello@lux360studio.com and we will respond within 45 days.
