Questions

Everything people ask, answered in public.

Including the uncomfortable one about why we cost more than the booth down the road.

What exactly is a 360 photo booth?

Your guests step onto a metre-wide tempered-glass deck set on a steel drum wrapped, full height, in a 3D infinity-mirror RGB matrix. An arm carries a 4K camera a full circle around them while studio lighting holds them against the dark of the room. The take is about ten seconds. Slowed, color-graded, titled and set to music, it becomes a fifteen to twenty second vertical video — on their phone before they step off.

It takes four to six people at once, which is why it works better at a party than a single-person booth ever has — and your logo sits lit on the hub in the middle of the deck, in every frame.

What does it cost?

Signature is $1,995 for three hours, Premier $2,750 for four, Black Label $3,950 for five. Brand and multi-day work starts at $7,500. Those are the full numbers — travel inside Orange County and Los Angeles is included, and we never bill idle time. Every price is on the pricing page, along with the add-on list.

How much space and power do you need?

A 10 × 10 ft footprint, 12 × 12 ft if you have it, with 8 ft of overhead clearance and nothing hanging into the arm’s path — the number your venue needs is the circle the arm sweeps, not the metre-wide deck. One dedicated 20A circuit within 50 ft. Level ground — indoors, or outdoors under cover. We send your venue a scaled diagram and power plan as soon as the date is confirmed.

How do guests get their videos?

Text, AirDrop, QR or email, seconds after the take. No app to download, no email wall before they can see it. The host gets a full online gallery — within 24 hours on Signature, the same night on Premier and Black Label.

Can you match our colors?

Yes. The infinity-mirror matrix is full RGB and remote controlled, so the drum holds your palette instead of cycling through every color in the box — one color, two, or a slow fade between them. It is $150 on Signature and included in Premier and Black Label. The overlay, titling and music are custom on every package.

Is it too loud or too much for a formal event?

It is as big as you want it. At a quinceañera we run bubbles, CO₂ and a full color program. At a black-tie gala we run a single warm color, no haze, no props, and we go dark during the program and the ask. The hardware is the same; the production around it is what we tune.

Do you carry insurance and provide a COI?

Yes. We carry general liability and issue a certificate naming your venue as additional insured within 24 hours of request — before the venue asks, if you give us their name when you book.

How far in advance should we book?

Saturdays from May through October tend to go six to nine months out. Midweek and off-season dates are usually available inside sixty days. A 35% retainer and a signed agreement hold the date; the balance is due fourteen days before.

Can it go outside?

Yes, on level ground and under cover — a tent, a loggia, a covered terrace. The platform and electronics cannot be rained on, and wind above about 15 mph is a problem for the lighting stands. We will tell you honestly at booking whether your space works, and we always agree a weather plan.

What if something goes wrong?

If we deliver the wrong approved overlay, miss the delivery window, or fail to present a working booth at the contracted start time, that package is refunded in full. It is written into the agreement, not offered afterwards as a courtesy.

Still unsure

Ask us the one that is not on the list.

If the answer is that we are not right for your event, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
