How it works

Eight steps, and none of them is a surprise.

Planners do not want to be delighted by a vendor’s process. They want to know exactly what lands in their inbox and when.

You send a date

Date, venue and a rough guest count is enough. You get availability the same day and a written proposal within one business day — the full number, not a range.

35% holds it

The retainer and a signed agreement reserve the date. Until both exist we keep it open to everyone, and we will tell you if somebody else is asking.

Your venue gets its paperwork

Within 24 hours: a COI naming the property, a scaled footprint diagram, a power plan and crew call times — sent to your planner and the venue directly.

We design the look

Your LED palette, the overlay, the titling and the music track. You approve all of it in writing, and we test the overlay live on site before guests arrive — the step this industry skips.

Load-in, 90 minutes early

Through the service entrance, uniformed, with weighted cable covers and nothing taped to your floors. The booth is lit, levelled and tested before the first guest sees it.

The night itself

One attendant runs the booth, one runs the line. They pose people, count them in and keep it moving at 35 to 45 sessions an hour.

Delivered

Guests get their clip seconds after the take. The host gallery lands the same night on Premier and Black Label, within 24 hours on Signature.

Strike and a photo

Out within 45 minutes of the contracted end, floors as we found them, and a photograph of the space sent to the banquet captain so nobody is chasing anybody on Monday.

If it goes wrong

What the guarantee actually says.

If we deliver the wrong approved overlay, miss the delivery window, or fail to present a working booth at the contracted start time, that package is refunded in full.

Not a discount on a future booking. Not a partial credit decided after the fact. The package, refunded, on terms written into the agreement you sign before you pay us anything.

It exists because the most repeated complaint in this category is not that something went wrong — things go wrong at live events — but that the vendor argued about it afterwards. Attaching a price to our own mistakes is the only way to make that promise mean anything.
