How booking works.

35% reserves the date

The retainer comes off the balance. Until it is in and the agreement is signed, the date stays open to everyone — and we will tell you if somebody else is asking for it.

Balance 14 days before

One invoice, card or transfer. No damage deposit, no fuel surcharge, no gratuity line added at the end.

Move it once, free

Tell us more than 30 days out and we will move the date at no charge, subject to availability. Upgrades are welcome at any point.

The guarantee

Wrong approved overlay, missed delivery window, or a booth that does not run at the contracted start: that package is refunded in full.
